Broadening Skills. Helping bodies and minds to find the light.

This training will help you to broaden your teaching skills.  We will take an  in-depth look as some of the common complaints that some of our students have - both in the physical and emotional realms.  Whilst this may be health issues, aches and pains or injuries, it can also simple be how to modify a pose for a specific body type.

It will give you the confidence to safety guide anyone that walks into your class and arm you with an overflowing tool-bag of techniques and modifications for common ailments. It will give you knowledge that can translate well into specific workshops to help your students to help themselves.

Therapeutics & Teaching Skills is not a Yoga Therapy Certification, Yoga Therapy is an in-depth often 500hr course that might be more specific to 'treating' certain conditions like cancer patients or those with mental health issues.

Instead, as yoga teachers, we are not seeking to diagnose, prescribe or claim to cure our students, we simply want to be armed with incredible knowledge so we have lots of options for the vast diversity of bodies and minds that enter our classes.

And with this knowledge we can help empower our students to take themselves on a healing journey!
