This training is an epic opportunity for you to dive deeper into this revolutionary style and boost your teaching skills to new levels.

 

This is truly a 'teachers' teacher training.

 

Learn principles behind Sadie Nardini's signature style, apply cutting edge anatomy, and use deep core anatomy of the myofascial muscle meridians as a primary tool for effective function and flow within Vinyasa-based practices in this transitional yoga style.

 

This training unravels the four fundamental cues to give you a much more indepth understanding of the power and subtleties of this incredible movement methodology.

This training in offered via LIVE STREAM and includes 9 x 3 hr LIVE session, free sessions for teaching practice plus one month mentorship. January to April 2022

FAQ

 

Are there any prerequisites for this training?

To get the most out of this training, we recommend having some understanding and experience of the foundations of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga.  If you haven't, don't worry!  Speak to Anya and she will recommend some online content for you to complete before the training commences. 

 

Do I need to be an 'advanced' teacher and practitioner to take this training?

Not at all. 'Advanced' teacher for us, is less about nailing all the superhero poses and more about your knowledge and ability to hold space for your students to connect with themselves on a deeper level.  Whatever practitioner you are, you will find that the integration of the 7 Core Cues will catapult your teaching and practice to the next level... for you. 

 

Is there an assessment?

You are gently assessed over the course with the group, partner work and teaching practice.  You will also teach the group a fun but simple mini class to demonstrate your understanding of the 7 Core Cues. We do not expect this to be in any way perfect - it takes time to be able to move through and vocalise the cues.  It's simply to show us that the seeds of knowledge have been planted! 

 

What equipment do I need for this training?

You'll need a human body :-) a yoga mat, notebook and pen, water bottle, snacks , a good sense of humour and an open mind! A zoom account. 

 

What should I wear?

Normal yoga clothing is good, with layers for varying temperatures.

 

Can I still take this training if I am pregnant?

Yes you can, but please speak to Anya to discuss this in more detail. 

 

Can I still take this training if I have an injury?

Depending on the severity of your injury, it's usually possible to mindfully work around any injuries, chat to Anya to make sure. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

You must be a certified yoga teacher to take our 7 Core Cues Training.

 

A deposit is required to secure your place on the course at the time of booking.  

 

Applications are taken on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

 

If deposits or balance payments are not made by the specified date, you may forfeit your place on the training.

 

The full fee should be paid no less than 4 weeks before the course start date, or as outlined by a payment plan as previously agreed with Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga UK.

 

Payment plans must be agreed by means of a standing order set up by the student. 

 

Full fees for the course must be paid before a graduation certificate can be issued.

REFUND POLICY GUIDELINES

 

A deposit payment of £150 is payable at the time of booking, unless another payment amount has been agreed.

 

Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments (less £75 admin fee) refundable up to 12 weeks prior to courses, beyond that, they may be refunded by the discretion of the trainer and when the space can be filled. 

 

 

CANCELLATION OF COURSE

 

Whilst we will do everything to make sure the training course runs on the given dates, if the course needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the lead trainer reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. Under these circumstances, a date change may be offered or a full refund will be offered to the student.
